Hypnotherapy

What is hypnotherapy and why do I use it in my coaching? 

 

Hypnosis is the use of trance to make changes at the subconscious level. It has been used in therapy since 1843.

Trance is guided relaxation, intense concentration and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. Whilst in trance I use a combination of powerful language techniques to make positive suggestions that provide forward momentum towards more beneficial emotions, beliefs and decisions. 

The use of hypnotherapy in my coaching courses allows accelerated results because bypassing the conscious and speaking directly to the subconscious increases suggestibility. The critical thinking that is usually present has been quietened, this empowers the subconscious to make change more quick and easily.
