What is Emotional Freedom Technique and why do I use it in my coaching?
EFT is a therapy technique loosely based on the techniques of acupressure. It uses the same basic energy meridians of the body to eliminate physical and emotional issues. By using EFT, we can balance the energy system of the body to relieve issues by tapping on the same points that are used in acupuncture.
I use EFT in my coaching programmes because it is a quick and effective way to relieve negative emotions as well as physical conditions such as headaches. It is also a great way to raise the body's vibration and leave you feeling energised and focused.
The technique is a simple but highly effective tool that can be used for multiple situations. It is easy to learn and can be used at any time.
