Tarot Archetype for your Energy Type.

If you don't know me already, my name is Katie, and I am an energetics and mindset coach. I help women learn to embody their energetic gifts and build positive and empowering mindsets so they can create their most aligned and fulfilling life. This is absolutely my passion, helping women learn to trust themselves again and build the confidence they need to start prioritising their desires and start living life on their terms.

One of my favourite tools to navigate the energetics aspect of the coaching I do is Human Design.

One of the reasons I love Human Design so much is that it gives you practical tools that you can apply in day to day life. Tools that help you step into our power and make it super simple to take ALIGNED action.

Human Design and Tarot go together like Cheese and Wine, literally a match made in heaven! Both have the ability to bubble to the surface the hidden gems of your inner realms but in entirely different ways.

When I use Tarot and Human Design together in my coaching practice, my clients have incredible results. Most noticeable is the natural and relaxed way that the Tarot illuminates experiences, people, and places that have affected their life journey and what impact those factors have had on their conditioning.

This is where Human Design steps in and throws down the big guns with specific details about how you are energetically designed to navigate that conditioning. It gives you a tool kit to help you course-correct and empower you to make aligned decisions, and takes the guesswork out of becoming the conscious creator of your most aligned life.

Since working with the Tarot and Human Design in my coaching practice, I have made some exciting connections between the cards and the Human Design Energy Types.

Today I want to share the Tarot archetypes that I have connected with each of the Five Human Design energy types.

Connecting these archetypes to your energy type is a fun and illuminating way to develop your understanding of the energy you naturally possess and how to embody that. Of course, this is not designed to be limiting, just like we all have every element of the Human Design chart. We all cycle through the archetypal journeys of the Tarot at different stages of our life. This is purely an invitation to embody your energy type through the lens of the Tarot.

Manifestor - King of wands

The energy of the Kings invites you to step into your personal leadership. To back yourself and trust that your gift, your soul's purpose, is unique, so much so that not everyone will understand it. The Kings are bold. They are inviting you to share your gifts with the world fearlessly.

The Firey energy of the King of wands is the embodiment of the tenacity, flare, and commitment to bringing your creative vision to fruition that Manifestors have in spades.

As A Manifestor, you are the trailblazer for the collective. You are a creative visionary, and it is your purpose to bring that to the collective with spark, pizazz and gusto. It can be polarising energy. Your forward-thinking ideas will not appeal to everyone all the time and can often expose you to judgment and ridicule. That is where you can call upon the energy of the King of Wands for support.

His fiery spirit is not flippant. He is a strategist and can apply his creative thinking to create new waves. He stands firm, backs himself and is willing to put his reputation on the line for the greater good. Which, from a Human Design Perspective, means the evolution of the collective. Humanity cannot evolve if we refuse to push the boundaries of what we know to be possible.

As a Manifestor, calling on The King of wands' energy can be particularly powerful when you doubt your creative genius. Use his gusto to throw logs on the fire of your creative desires and watch as it turns into a fully-fledged forest fire.

Manifesting Generator - Knight of wands

Man Gen's fast-paced energy is perfectly supported and embodied by the Knight of wands. The Knights bring us messages and guidelines about how to move through life. The Knight of wands invites you to move boldly toward your passions, the things that give you a fire in your belly. Those things guide you to the lessons, experiences, and opportunities meant for you. How can you allow yourself to follow that bliss without judgment?

The Knight of wands is fiery and passionate. He has sparkle and an "it factor" that is effortless. There is nothing he needs to do other than follow what lights him up. In doing that, he creates magnetising energy.

Manifesting Generators are here to do that too! You are here to show the collective that success is not supposed to be linear. That following your passion is your birthright, not some far fetched, pie in the sky dream.

Embodying the energy of the Knight of wands will be particularly helpful for you when you doubt your ability to have success by following your bliss or if you're "shoulding" yourself into complying with a more "socially acceptable" journey to success. You might also want to invoke the Knight of wands energy when you lose touch with the effervescent quality that makes you so damn magnetic.

Reflector - Queen of cups

She is mysterious, deep, and the embodiment of moon-like or yin energy. The Queen of cups is the perfect archetype to grab beautiful Reflectors by the hand and guide you through the journey of making sense of the share volume of information and energy you are exposed to.

Reflectors bring the gift of foresight, insight and honest reflection to the collective. You are here to reflect back to the rest of us how we are doing. Are we on the right track? Where do we need to do better? These gifts are a natural result of the immense ability to absorb and reflect the energy of their surrounding environment. Every reflector has this gift, but it can't be properly utilised unless you take time to retreat and nurture your own energy. You must integrate the external "noise", and an incredible way to do that is by diving deep into your innate inner wisdom. This is the place where you sort through the murkiness, make order out of the chaos and come back holding treasures that provide clarity, not just for your personal journey but to show the collective exactly how we are all doing.

Knowing how and when to honour the need to Retreat is an incredibly important part of Reflectors' energetic design. The Queen of cups can be called upon to support and guide you through those times. She will help you access the deepest parts of your inner world and encourages you to listen and be enriched by your emotional and unconscious realms. What can you learn when you take away the external noise? The Queen of cups is holding your hand, leading you deeper into those magical worlds that are unique to you. Generator - Ace of Pentacles

Generators house the life force for the collective. You have big energy, but you have to be investing it wisely if you are to live the life of flow you deserve.

Part of your job as a Generator is to be open to and aware of potential opportunities and possibilities by tuning in to the frequency that aligns you with your desires. When Generators embody their energy correctly, it's like they can taste an opportunity in the breeze. The Ace of Pentacles is the driving force behind these unlimited possibilities and potentials. He is carrying them in the wind. You have to be open and ready to receive, but you also need to be discerning about where you spend your energy.

The way to do that is to listen to your sacral response, and then, once you have a positive response, take aligned action. This is where you turn that initial uprush of raw energy offered to you by the Ace of Pentacles into material success. You get to take your desires and play and create. As you do that, you generate more energy. You throw logs on your Sacral fire that send sparks of energy to the rest of the collective. At this point, you are in a vortex of synchronicities and blessings, but you have to remain receptive. Don't fall into the trap of doing for doing's sake. The Ace of Pentacles will constantly be offering new, raw energy to work with, but you have to stay tuned into the frequency of your desires.

Generators, the perfect time to call upon the Ace of Pentacles for support is when you feel stuck in a rut. The times where you have been doing a lot of "doing" but you are not getting the desired results from your action. First of all, clear some space for him. He is bold. He is literally larger than life, so create space in your energetic field. Then get clear on your desires, tune into the energetic frequency of those desires and make sure you are open and ready to receive. Be patient and trust that he will show up. All you have to do is taste the new possibilities on the breeze and then take aligned action.

Projector - Justice

A new, more upgraded, or efficient way of doing things. This is both the gift of the Projector and the energy of the goddess Athene representing the card of Justice in The Mythic Tarot*

Beautiful Projectors, your ability to view things from a higher perspective is incredible. Each Projector has their own "thang", that one thing that you see more clearly than anyone else. This is your gift, and it is your birthright to follow the golden thread of this natural talent. Justice is a powerful ally for Projectors, especially when you feel the burden of conditioning that will make you believe that what comes naturally to you isn't valuable. Justice knows her value. She is clear-headed, the truth speaker, and the dispeller of confusion. She has a natural ability to tap into a higher perspective, to find creative solutions to problems that others just can't see. She is you beautiful Projector in your highest expression.

This ability is not without challenges, though. Projectors tend to be viewed as bossy "know it alls" when you are not following your strategy of waiting to be invited. To share your gifts AND have a positive, energetic exchange, you must wait to be invited to share your brilliance with the people who are ready to hear it.

When the invitations to share your view are not coming, can you trust that your energy will speak for you? It will attract the right invitations at the right time IF you indulge in learning, becoming the master of that one thing that you see more clearly than anyone else.

Call on the energy of Justice when you doubt your capabilities. She is wise, steadfast, capable and assertive. She admires truth-seekers and people that invest in cultivating their talents. She will have unwavering support for you as you develop your skills. She will have your back when you are struggling to back yourself.
